All goods that are faulty due to manufacturing faults will be
replaced “no questions asked”. Just return the product
to us and we will send a replacement.

wide? |

All orders over $150.00 will be delivered F.I.S. Any orders below
this amount attract a $10.00 freight charge except Victoria.

in all States? |

In Victoria, we send a sales representative at your request.
In N.S.W., South Australia and Tasmania we have agents that will
visit at your request.
All other States we can forward catalogues, samples and information
on request.

Yes. The reason for us being able to offer great prices and specials
is because we are a small committed team and run on low overheads.

| Are we reliable with stock? |

All products displayed on our website are stocked at all times
(excluding Infiniter laser products). There is no lead time and
we guarantee delivery within 48 hours of receiving a purchase
order by 3.00 p.m.
Approximately 4 lines of the infiniter products are stocked at
all times and others are available on request, however carry a
lead time.
